Tuesday till Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sundays and public holidays 12 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Closed on Mondays, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

Guided tours
Guided tours are available upon request (20 pers. maximum). Tours can be given in several languages. Prices form Euro 45,00 onwards (excluding entrance fee).

Audio Tour
An audiotour is available free of charge at the Reception Desk. It contains information on a large number of objects in the museum and is available in Dutch, English, German and French. This tour is dwnloadable for you iPod or MP3 player via www.artcast.nl

The Library/Study Collections
Those interested may consult the scientific Library upon request. It is also possible to consult the study collections of the prints and drawings collection by appointment.

Accessibility
The museum is located at a ten-minute walking distance from the NS Central Station. Paid parking is available next to the museum (parking garage "de Appelaar").

Disabled Persons
There is a special entrance for disabled persons at Spaarne 18.
